Nice post, I can relate to the optimism you refer to and I like the action part.  The best way I&#039;ve found to get out of the anxiety loop is to take the first step and your system puts a priority to the action steps.

Thanks for the awesome article. I found that if I do the same thing, I get better results and see a significant increase in my productivity.

Plus, if you schedule them out as appointments, you can actually see what you really accomplished each day. 

I found that once I look and see that I knocked 15 things off the list that those last few I didn&#039;t get to didn&#039;t seem so frustrating. I see all that I actually did get done. Plus, then I also know that I have to block out my time for calls, meetings and such in order to be as efficient as possible.

		<description>Wow, what an amazing article.  I just purchase something for my iPad called PriorityMatrix.  It&#039;s based off of putting all of your task in the 4-quadrant thing (important/critical, not important/critical, etc. something like that).  But like you said, you can fill up all of those and that still doesn&#039;t mean you&#039;ll get the important stuff done because it&#039;s just too much.  You said you put all your tasks in your calendar and they wouldn&#039;t fit!  That&#039;s definitely an eye opener. We should all do that just for the reality check!
